As technology in higher education becomes increasingly more complex, the need for strong relationships between IT staff and faculty is critical in order to meet the needs of faculty, staff and students. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss perspectives, priorities and strategies for developing and maintaining strong positive cross-divisional relationships.


OUTCOMES: Explore the value and challenges in developing and nurturing IT/Faculty relationships * Distinguish how differing perspectives impact relationships between IT and academics * Identify strategies that could be implemented to have a positive impact on relationships between IT and faculty
