Collaborative Leadership: A Model for Growth

This presentation will explore strategies that engage teams, encourage individual growth, and result in the development of innovative, strategic programs that can drive your institution forward. Ohio State’s Office of Distance Education and eLearning grew from 40 team members to over 100 in three years. We will explore what worked and what did not work in this session focused on an organization-wide mentoring program, collaborative all-team meetings, brainstorming and idea development models, and shared organizational goals based on courage, collaboration, and compassion. We will also explore mindfulness strategies to sustain positive change over time.
