Like many higher education IT organizations, demands for services across institutions continue to increase while budgets are systematically reduced. To continue supporting our institutions, we need to do more with less. This requires a creative solution beyond typical budget cutting. In this presentation, you will learn how to change your culture by using innovative programs that motivate employees and create an engaging environment. Core themes of the efforts center around Daniel Pink’s book (Drive) and the Gallup Q12 employee engagement survey.
