Successful CIOs and CISOs understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in maximizing overall effectiveness. Likewise, they understand what motivates people, how to achieve high employee engagement, and how to recruit and retain talent. We will consider how we as leaders can help others reach their highest potential for the benefit of the organization.
