Upon receipt of this email, please secure a hotel room immediately via the link provided in the message; success at the program depends in part on the residential experience.
Reservation Policies
All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee and a one night's deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival.
Room Availability: A block of rooms have been reserved for June 24–29, 2018. The special room rate will be available until May 28 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
