March 16, 18, and 23, 2026
Online

Event Description

It's time to redefine what powerful leadership looks like. This three-part leadership series is a bold and thoughtful discussion for women and allies to claim their authentic power and challenge outdated models of leadership. Through research-backed insights, practical tools, and honest dialogue, we’ll explore how to leverage leadership traits—including empathy, collaboration, and emotional intelligence—as superpowers. You’ll learn how to break free from burnout cycles, set healthier boundaries, build influence, and create a legacy by mentoring others. Grounded in neuroscience and psychology, this series offers both inspiration and practical tools to help you lead with purpose, sustainability, and confidence. Reclaim your power, redefine leadership, and drive meaningful change—from the inside out.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Recognize and challenge internalized societal biases that can undervalue powerful leadership traits and styles.
  • Differentiate between "grit" and true resilience and apply a neuroscience-informed three-step resilience model to improve well-being and effectiveness as a leader.
  • Leverage emotional and social intelligence to inspire, influence, and build trust within high-performing teams.
  • Set clear boundaries and advocate for your worth to avoid over-exertion and under-recognition.
  • Mentor and empower emerging leaders using proven coaching and development techniques.
