As higher education technology professionals, we face a wide variety of diverse issues in supporting the teaching and learning, research, and service missions of our institutions. By using an "unconference" format and through personalized conversations, we will address many of these issues for immediate relevance and application as a manager on campus.


OBJECTIVES: Manage a group discussion by effectively framing the issue and moderating participants * Engage with other participants on a diverse range of issues facing higher education IT * Evaluate presentation methods and skills
