Voice over IP at Dartmouth

Many campuses are studying voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)–analyzing cost-benefits, thinking about pilots, or taking other tentative steps toward implementation. Dartmouth has decided to dive right in, with a plan to convert to 100 percent VoIP service by the summer of 2005. This presentation will review what drove Dartmouth to this decision, how it's being implemented, and the lessons learned so far.
