In this presentation CIOs and campus accessibility leaders will share with you strategies, solutions, and resources for how to address IT accessibility on your campus. Two CIOs, Bruce Maas from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Marc Hoit from North Carolina State University, will give their perspectives and share their stories about what has made accessibility successful on their campuses. Next, campus accessibility leaders from North Carolina State University, the California State University System, and California State University - Northridge will bring their perspectives from the front lines. First, they will share their strategies for getting the biggest wins and being as effective as possible in addressing accessibility, from deploying accessible enterprise solutions to strategies for working with faculty and content creators. Second, they will look at where the biggest challenges are and where accessibility champions need the most help from campus leaders, from integrating accessibility into the procurement process to creating a culture of accessibility.
