Registration Fees

The EDUCAUSE Summit is a unique opportunity for participants from the same institution to collaborate, learn, and innovate together. This event is designed to foster teamwork and inspire an AI strategy across your organization.

Space is limited to 150 institutional participants. Register early to reserve your spot.  

Registration and Fees Through April 7  After

Event registration, institutional participants $1495 $1595
Your full event registration fee includes:
  • Access to the virtual summit kick-off and debrief events.
  • Refreshment break and reception on Tuesday.
  • Continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on Wednesday.
  • All program materials and a post-event summary resource.

Registration Payment and Cancellation

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration.

Cancellations received on or before April 7, 2026 are entitled to a full registration refund; there will be no refunds after this date.
