Digital video is a powerful means for student evaluation, self-assessment, or peer feedback. Devices that can capture digital video are on the verge of ubiquity-many students already own the technology necessary to visually chronicle any activity. This presentation will explore two examples of how media creation was enabled using mobile devices to simplify the process of using video as a viable alternative for coursework at Purdue University and Abilene Christian University.
