Using Learning Analytics (Learning Outcomes Management) to Ensure Success

This poster session will share the processes, tools, and lessons learned during the recent implementation of Learning Outcomes Management in the MBA program at Benedictine University. Participants will leave with an understanding of the current state of the art regarding learner analytics and how to approach similar projects at their institution. This session will cover the technologies used, as well as methods used in engaging faculty in the design process and in the implementation of Learning Outcomes Management.

*Describe how learning outcomes management can be used to measure and enhance student learning outcomes
*Apply lessons learned regarding the processes used in the Benedictine University case to their institution
*Describe the various technologies involved for learning management and analytics
