Best Practices for Faculty Development in Liberal Arts: Engaging Faculty to Explore Instructional Technology

In this poster session, the presenters will share both successful and unsuccessful faculty development strategies they have deployed at their own liberal arts institution and share the reasons why some strategies were successful and others not. Participants will be encouraged to share their own successful and unsuccessful strategies, and their future faculty development plans. During the poster session, both the presenters and participants will develop some good strategies for successful future faculty development at their own institutions.
