PLEASE NOTE: Reservations within the hotel block will be available upon registration for the ELI Annual Meeting. Please use the information and link provided in your registration confirmation message to secure a hotel room at the event rate.
Reservation Policies
All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee, a one night's deposit, or a guarantee to the Master Account. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival. Name changes to room reservations may be made prior to arrival at no charge.
Room Availability
A block of rooms has been reserved for February 29–March 4, 2020. The conference rate has been extended to include three days pre- and post-conference on a space-available basis. You may book over the extended dates online or call the hotel directly to check availability.
EDUCAUSE attendees will receive complimentary Internet access in their guest rooms, two (2) complimentary bottled waters daily in each guestroom, and access to Hyatt Stay Fit fitness center and indoor lap pool, if reservation is booked within the group housing block.

EDUCAUSE is carefully monitoring the situation. We are already working with the hotel to increase sanitization practices and hand sanitizer stations will be made available.
