We will explore faculty development in times of change using three lenses: faculty motivation, faculty developer needs, and student perspectives. Co-facilitators and participants will share holistic strategies and effective practices by discussing these questions: What motivates faculty to attend faculty development events? How do faculty developers provide faculty support with limited resources? How do faculty developers incorporate student voices into faculty development programming?
