In March 2020, COVID-19 changed higher education forever. This presentation discusses strategies employed to train faculty and provide them with the necessary support for delivering high-quality instruction during the pandemic. We also discuss lessons learned that have informed permanent changes to our faculty development program, increasing faculty participation and satisfaction.
