Five Tips to Get the Most Out of Your Experience
There are specific requirements for participating at the 2022 ELI Annual Meeting. We encourage attendees to review the requirements and plan ahead to meet guidelines related to your vaccination status prior to arriving in San Diego.
We encourage everyone who plans to attend to register as soon as possible to receive necessary event communications in advance.
Full-conference registration includes access to:
- Meals, refreshment breaks, and the Wednesday Networking Reception
- All program materials and conference sessions
- Braindate*
- The online event held June 15–16, which includes virtual Braindate*
* Braindates are one-on-one or small group knowledge sharing conversations that you book with other conference participants using the Braindate platform. They’re the best way to meet with, learn from, and have useful discussions with new people during the conference. Be sure to carve out time in your event schedule to participate!
Entice attendees to visit your display by:
- Crafting an interactive experience that allows them to engage with your products and services
- Hosting your own unique prize drawings or giveaways
- Announcing a new product or service at the event
You can also invite a client or prospective client to dinner or easily promote your participation leading up to, during, and after the event with these tips and templates we've created for you. Get creative and build a plan with your team for an engaging experience.
Attendees should be prepared to follow the masking protocols established by the venue. Regardless of vaccination status, all event staff and participants/attendees should be prepared to wear a mask. EDUCAUSE reserves the right to impose masking mandates at the event even if the venue does not require them. Masks will be available on-site, if you need one. For complete information, visit our COVID-19 Information and Helpful Resources web page. And if you plan to do some exploring, check out Visit San Diego for dining options and other fun things to do.
