Goldilocks and the 13 Open Repositories (Finding the "Just Right" One)

Join Malcolm Brown, EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative director, and Veronica Diaz, ELI associate director, as they moderate this webinar with Jacky Hood. Repositories of open educational resources (OER) vary by intended audience, type of resource, discipline, ease of use, and more. One person's perfect fit may not work for someone else. Join us for this exploration of more than a dozen OER repositories and make your own decision about what will work for you and your institution. Connexions, Flat World Knowledge, OpenLearn, Orange Grove, and others will be compared and contrasted. We will also take a brief look at referatories—sites that list and link to open resources housed elsewhere (College Open Textbooks, Creative Commons, MERLOT, OER Commons, and others are in this category).
