Professional Development
The rate of change of information technology continues to accelerate. IT services are at a dramatic inflection point, as significant advances in several important areas are occurring simultaneously, which may require structural changes in many IT organizations. Through group exercises, we'll analyze which trends in IT are most likely to affect how IT services are consumed over the next few years and therefore require a shift in how those services are delivered. In addition, you'll analyze how your current organization measures up to particular scenarios and begin to create an action plan to prepare for the changing IT landscape.
