Overview

The Delivering Project Results Learning Lab is designed to help those overseeing, leading, or managing projects to understand the value of change management, and how to deploy it effectively to achieve positive results on your projects. This practical, engaging lab creates a learning environment where you will use an active project to get hands-on experience on how change management can help you increase the probability your projects deliver on time, on budget, and meet or exceed objectives.

Learning Outcomes:

NOTE: You will be asked to complete assignments in between the live sessions that support the learning outcomes stated below. You will receive feedback and constructive critique from facilitators.

• Understand the value change management can bring to your project.
• Understand how change management drives better adoption and usage.
• Apply change management on your projects to improve outcomes.
• Measure change management results to assess its cost and benefit.
• Build support for change management with your project teams.
