Grab your coffee and join us! If you are a young professional, new to conference proposals, or just want some inspiration as you’re crafting your proposal, join us to explore tips and resources to prepare a successful proposal for the 2025 EDUCAUSE Annual Conference. This session will navigate you through the components of a conference proposal, differentiate between the types of tracks and sessions, provide tips for crafting a dynamic proposal, and explore how to engage with EDUCAUSE for further preparation.

You’ll hear from past conference presenters, EDUCAUSE staff, proposal reviewers, and the 2025 EDUCAUSE Program Committee in this primarily informational session, and will have opportunities to ask questions throughout the event.

This session is a collaboration between the Young Professionals Advisory Committee, the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference Program Committee, and the EDUCAUSE Young Professionals Community Group.
