We will examine how the Audiovisual Services department at the University of New Hampshire has grown in the past 15 years, along with the challenges we've faced and the tools we've used to keep the lights on and the customers happy. As the least-funded public state university in the country, we'll discuss how we fight for the resources we need and what you can do to make your case. We will examine the tools and techniques we use at UNH to provide emergency support to over 200 classrooms, conference rooms, and other teaching and learning spaces on campus.
