Simple Ways to Improve Change Management and Crush the Development Workflow

Inspired by the ITIL framework, our academic technology team sought to improve the development and release process of a self-hosted Moodle LMS. Improved documentation and new methodologies facilitated efficiency, decreased errors, and yielded a predictable and repeatable development workflow at our small college.
