This year, you have the unique opportunity to assist youth in Maryland by helping the Maryland Book Bank, an organization committed to cultivating literacy in children from low income families. The Maryland Book Bank distributes over 200,000 free books to children, teachers, schools, and organizations each year.
The Maryland Book Bank believes that all children deserve the resources needed to enrich the mind, encourage success, and instill a lifetime love of reading. What You Can Do
- Donate a new or gently used book. (Any kind of book, whether for children or adults is acceptable. Books must be in good condition and personal information must be removed from the donated book. No encyclopedias or magazines please.) Labeled boxes are available near registration to collect books.
- Make a financial donation. (Please note that you are making your donation on behalf of "EDUCAUSE Security Professionals.")
- Support the Maryland Book Bank via a purchase through Amazon Smile.
