Reservation Policies
All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee and a one night's deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival.
Room availability: A block of rooms has been reserved for May 12 - 15, 2019. The conference rate has been extended to include three days pre conference on a space-available basis. You may book over the extended dates online based on availability.
