Join two experienced university CISOs for a discussion on how they have implemented successful cybersecurity strategies. While creating a holistic cybersecurity plan can sometimes feel like a daunting task, building on two main pillars has helped guide our leaders, and they are here to share their stories and best practices. A main principle is to view cybersecurity as risk management, to assess, identify, and make informed decisions based on real-world threat intelligence. Another guiding principle is that cybersecurity takes a village and is about every person, every department being part of their school's cybersecurity success. We’ll share how this extends beyond building bridges internally across the university to extended service and technology providers as well.
