A Cloud Total Cost of Ownership Model for IT Decision Making
Higher education lacks a consistent methodology to compare the costs of cloud- and campus-based IT services when considering alternatives. In this session, we will discuss a flexible methodology for higher education institutions developed by the ECAR TCO Working Group.
