Analytics Strategies: Culture, Collaboration, and Partnership

Developing and implementing an effective analytics strategy requires effort beyond what a single department within an institution can do on its own. Instead, a successful implementation requires a collaborative effort across the enterprise as well as a good understanding of the role that institutional culture plays. This session, co-led by senior leaders from IT and business, will address issues of partnership, collaboration, and culture.
