Strategic Alignment: Resources to Help You Tell the Story

Communicating the value of IT means working with partners across campus rather than implementing technology in a silo. And setting up the organization to do that is aided by a strategic plan, a full understanding of what technologies and services are available, transparent IT costs, and an ITSM approach. This session will touch on resources that are available through EDUCAUSE to help guide you in these areas and how, by considering—and using—these resources together they make for stronger applications of the concepts and more useful, real-world implementations of the ideas. And all together they start to tell the story of IT's value across the institution.
