Building a Project Management Culture

This session will share the path taken by UNH in the adoption of a project management culture. We will explore the attributes and benefits of a healthy project management culture, the benefits of adopting a project management culture, common obstacles and issues surrounding project failures, and the underpinnings of portfolio and project management. The process UNH has embarked on includes needs assessment; data collection, trending, analysis, and transparency; standardized reporting; common ground; language, artifacts, and process; and governance.
