Implementing a new process or initiative on a university-wide scale can be difficult and complicated. To successfully transition staff and faculty, many things need to be coordinated and addressed before getting started. In this session, you will learn how to create policies and procedures to support the implementation and management of a university PC replacement program, communicate detailed steps to stakeholders, identify and catalog assets through multiple sources such as System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Active Directory, and develop and maintain an asset tracking system.
