University IT staff are being inundated with volumes of data from clients, applications, and network services. Wading through this data and making sense of it all to understand the user experience has become untenable. Recent advances in full-stack IT network analytics technology are solving these problems by automatically analyzing every user transaction across the entire wired and wireless infrastructure, giving IT staff actionable answers to client incidents, systemic trends, application performance, and network service behavior.
