Learn how to implement an Action Team model to facilitate leadership development, campus engagement, and strategic innovation. The presenter will provide an overview of the model, complete with several examples demonstrating its success. A corresponding component to the overview of the model is a discussion with participants on cross-campus engagement challenges and solutions to overcoming those challenges by creating leadership opportunities.
