Taking the traditional lenses of IT support off is sometimes hard to do. Often times we are focused on projects and often forget the true value of our services and their impact on students. The criticality of services such as wireless have caused us to rethink services and their direct impact on student life at Tufts.
Outcomes: Identify any gaps in how organizations monitor and market their service adoption for students * Think of tactical ways to insert the values of technology/IT into strategic services tied to teaching and learning * Discover the "day in the life" patterns of students and how IT services are constantly being used by students
