Esports in 65 Days: A Rapid, Interdisciplinary Approach

CCSU esports identified and used a four-quadrant approach (academic, SGA, retention, and recruitment) to create an esports program in 65 days. Learn how student and faculty requests were captured, with a focus on planning, vendor selection, and academic onboarding, and how we developed faculty grant and intercollegiate activities.
