Faculty Development: The Continuous Loop of Quality, Training, and Support

This poster will highlight the path that a faculty member takes beginning with the Faculty Institute for Online Teaching. They receive full support throughout the development and course design process. In addition, the team is involved in the launch of the course and offers an end-of-course retrospective on how the course went. During this time, faculty have other professional development opportunities to share best practices for online pedagogy and how to use new tools.

Outcomes: Learn how to build faculty development opportunities for online instructors that lead to improved quality course sites, stronger relationships with faculty and the instructional design team, and highly satisfied students
