We all have at least a few bad communication habits that might drive people crazy. How can we leverage emotional intelligence (EI) to finally slay the beast of bad communication? We will discuss some pitfalls and methods to help us embrace a more thoughtful, diverse, and effective communication strategy and the powerful influence it can have at all levels.
