The Cobbler's Shoes: Addressing IT Configuration and Change Processes

Thursday, June 25 | 1:00PM–1:30PM ET
Session Type: Virtual
Delivery Format: Breakout Session
In this session, we'll explore the ways we tackled the implementation of configuration and change management within our ITSM platform at Wesleyan University, focusing on how a cross-functional IT team designed and implemented these processes so that they work for the organization rather than against it. We'll also share lessons learned.

Outcomes: Learn how to achieve buy-in from disparate IT teams that interact with your ITSM platform differently * Learn how to create momentum for implementing change and configuration management * Establish a framework for defining and documenting a process for change and configuration management without staff dedicated to those roles
