The Cobbler's Shoes: Addressing IT Configuration and Change Processes

In this session, we'll explore the ways we tackled the implementation of configuration and change management within our ITSM platform at Wesleyan University, focusing on how a cross-functional IT team designed and implemented these processes so that they work for the organization rather than against it.
