Over the past two years, what services or experiences did you re-imagine in order to accommodate remote learning, work, and teaching? Come share and discuss creative ways you or your department delivered zero-touch or self service to your campus. (Examples: digital material delivery, remote equipment pick-up stations, touchless computer support). What is sticking around as you move forward?
