Thursday, April 12 | 8:00AM–9:00AM ET | Baltimore Ballroom B, Fifth Floor
Session Type: Breakout Session
Delivery Format: Interactive Presentation
Fashion Institute of Technology has developed a 360-degree Information Security Awareness Program, using a combination of purchased tools, staff-developed content, and a "by students, for students" program to provide constant awareness training to the entire college community. We have identified a number of audience segments and have targeted awareness messaging tactics specifically to each segment. We have also identified the key stakeholders on campus who can help to make the program successful and have leveraged their input to improve the program and secure engagement from the community as a whole.

Outcomes: Define the stakeholders who will be able to support and inform your Information Security Awareness program to ensure the greatest chance of success * Understand the wide variety of audiences that need to be reached on a college campus * Get acquainted with an array of messaging tactics and understand the importance of matching them to the right audience in the college community
