Webinar | Ethical Decision-Making During COVID-19

Higher education is facing a number of challenges related to COVID-19 that are increasing the need for high-level thinking and ethical decision-making. During the pandemic, there is great risk of human harm, mistakes are highly visible, and each week brings new challenges. To succeed, professionals will need a decision-making process that gives them the confidence that they are making the most ethical choices. Linda Fisher Thornton, author of 7 Lenses, will share seven perspectives for “seeing” ethical responsibility that provide a multidimensional view. Seeing our challenges through this continuum of perspectives helps us recognize, think through, and discuss issues at a higher level of complexity. Together the 7 Lenses provide a kaleidoscopic perspective on ethical responsibility and an eye-opening picture of what it means to "do the right thing" in challenging times.
