Webinar | From Chaos to Collaboration: Strategies for Digitizing and Streamlining Records Management

Fires, floods, security breaches, lost records, compliance violations—these are just a few of the things that threaten good information governance on our campuses. Inherent concerns with paper-heavy operations drove us at Houston Community College System to implement an electronic records management solution. Learn how we were able to turn chaos into collaboration across different departments and campuses by fixing common information governance challenges, including protecting vulnerable institutional records and modernizing records management practices, improving access to accurate and up-to-date information while maintaining security controls, and streamlining procedures surrounding retention and compliance, thereby simplifying work for staff.
