Webinar | Universal Design for Learning to Support Remote Learning
Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a framework that provides flexibility in the way information is presented, in the way students respond or demonstrate knowledge and skills, and in the way students are engaged. In order to reach all students in the time of COVID-19, we will share how UDL can be applied to remote instruction, discuss some best practices, and provide resources to help you integrate UDL into your courses and programs.
Outcomes
- Understand the UDL framework and the three principles
- Consider one way to address access, build meaningful learning, and support independence in your course or program design under the current conditions
- Determine one UDL practice you will adopt right away to better include all your learners
