Webinar | From Words to Action: Accelerating Change Using the Joint Statement on Analytics

Three higher education associations (AIR, EDUCAUSE, and NACUBO) crafted a Joint Statement on Analytics in 2019, a call to action to higher education leaders that describes the urgency of a collaborative analytics approach and outlines guiding principles for heightening the role of analytics in institutional strategic efforts. Then the pandemic happened, and the urgency for analytics became even more apparent as institutions made unprecedentedly quick strategic decisions using the data available to them. This webinar will examine the role of the pandemic as a catalyst for change and how it has enabled analytics to play to stronger role in institutional decision-making. Presenters will discuss how paying attention to the six principles of the statement can enable you to respond and adapt to the accelerating pace of change.

  • Understand how the pandemic highlighted the urgency for using analytics as part of strategic decision-making
  • Learn how institutions are using analytics to respond and adapt to the accelerating pace of change
  • Learn practical takeaways that can be used immediately to improve analytics
