In today's challenging and competitive environment, the ability to effectively understand and facilitate desired outcomes is as critical as—if not more important than—managing an institution's infrastructure. This seminar seeks to provide the fundamentals of negotiation, conflict management, and facilitation to new and aspiring managers within the context of higher education IT.
