Innovative cloud-based technologies are creating new opportunities to accelerate higher education data architectures and are quickly outpacing legacy data governance practices. In response, the California State University, Stanislaus, has developed a new data governance framework for modern data systems that fully support these advanced capabilities and the wide range of analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and data science capabilities these platforms enable for colleges and universities.
