Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster Session

As artificial intelligence continues to emerge as a key educational tool, higher education institutions face a critical decision: is AI a threat to be mitigated or a powerful ally to be embraced, particularly in classroom settings? In this poster presentation, WGU Labs Senior Learning Experience Designer Tadd Farmer will present research from WGU Labs that delves into how students perceive, utilize, and establish their personal guidelines for AI. The session will explore three research projects that examine the integration of AI in classrooms, student interactions with this technology, and their broader perceptions of AI. These insights will help illustrate how AI tools can be effectively implemented across various educational institutions and throughout different stages of the student experience.
