This session will focus on how Texas A&M University is using change management/Prosci methodology to impact change at the system and campus levels while navigating the unique challenges facing higher education institutions. The session will begin with a brief introduction to change management/Prosci, including a quick overview of top contributors to success in higher education from Prosci's best practices research. A panel will discuss lessons learned (the good, the bad, and the surprising) from the perspective of senior leaders, midlevel managers, and impacted individuals around successfully applying change management at the institution.
