Let's share lessons learned about communicating change. Join Lone Star College's Technology Services (OTS) Client Relations & Communications team as they share their formula for communicating system-wide changes before opening the floor to engage participants in a collaborative exchange of ideas, experiences, and best practices, empowering them to enhance communication within their IT departments and across their institutions. Through fun, engaging awareness campaigns, OTS successfully drove transformation across their system by utilizing change agents at every location and multiple channels of communication.
