This poster will share the motivations, goals, development process, and lessons learned from community group peer mentoring circles focused on accessibility professionals. Guidance and experiences shared will apply across community and professional groups and will include how to thoughtfully include different perspectives and experience levels in circles, how to track and ensure successful engagement, and how to minimize administrative overhead.
